  1. Add the frozen strawberries, banana, and ice into the blender.
  2. Scoop the greek yogurt into the blender.
  3. Pour the almond milk into the blender.
  4. Blend it all together.
Recipe Notes

I prefer to use Greek yogurt when making smoothies. It has a thicker consistency compared to regular yogurt, and helps to make the smoothie extra thick and creamy!

If things stop mixing in your blender you might need to give it a stir or add more liquid. Turn the blender off, and push any unblended bits down towards the blades. Continue blending until smooth.
